«Lesnaya Kupavna» – is a business-class cottage-home community, 15 km away from MKAD on Gorkovskoe highway. It was the first suburban project of MOZAIK Development Company and the first project on Gorkovskoe highway built as Master planned community. The concept of the project was highly estimated by experts and professionals of the real estate market.

«Lesnaya Kupavna» was awarded with the bronze prize of The Committee of annual independent prize «The Community of the year-2005» in «The best business-class cottage-home community» nomination. And the supplement of the «Expert» magazine «Vesch» named «Lesnaya Kupavna» one of the seven sign-projects of 2005 year.

But the main and incontestable benefit of the community is nature surrounding - ‘Lesnaya Kupavna’ is located in a woodland, on the bank of a picturesque lake. Successfulness  and  originality of the concept is in harmonic playing up each benefit of the territory – cottage-live community «Lesnaya Kupavna» is distinguished with common  architect and artistic concept, considered with woodland scenery features.

Noble restraint and classical simplicity – ideas, which excellently characterize the community’s architect style. The «Lesnaya Kupavna» houses are made in a unique and vivid style of a traditional burger house. Decorated with conventionalized frameworks, in combination with natural stone and tile, standing between high pine-trees and firs the houses are looking like brothers’ Grimm fairy tales illustrations and join well woodland scenery.

On the community’s territory is situated a lake – place of the rest for the «Lesnaya Kupavna» inhabitants. Around the lake the park zone is established with arbors, swings, elegant benches in shady corners, with gravy foot-paths. All these in combination with wooden pier and beach became a real adornment of the territory around the lake, which is the centre of attraction and pleasant way of spending time for the inhabitants. In winter the lake becomes a skating rink, where the fancies of skating and hockey gather. Besides for sport trainings on the community’s territory a mini-football field is equipped. And little community’s inhabitants may play on a specially equipped child’s playing-complex.

In «Lesnaya Kupavna» 66 individual cottages and 20 town-houses are built. The square of the lots varies from 15 to 27 hundred parts. Infrastructure of the community includes administrative and entertainment centre with mini-market, billiard and fitness-club, communal services and amenities, guarding point, guest parking. The community is served by own exploiting company of MOZAIK Development.
